Kidz Klub Program

OVERVIEW
Welcome to the Kidz Klub Program. This before and after school program is an extension of Maryville Christian School and is available to MCS students only.
Kidz Klub operates Monday through Friday on days school is in session. The morning session operates from 7:00am until 8:25am at which time; students are signed out to their classrooms. The afternoon session operates from 3:00pm until 5:30pm. Students are escorted from their classroom to Kidz Klub by their teachers or by Kidz Klub Staff.
Parents MUST escort and sign their child(ren) in and out each morning and afternoon. We will NOT release children to anyone who is not listed and/or approved on your enrollment form unless Kidz Klub Staff are notified in writing or by phone before sign out time. Children will NOT be released to siblings who are not 18 years or older. This is a safety issue and no exceptions will be made.
A late fee of $10, (for every 15 minute period), will be assessed if your child is picked up after 5:30pm. Parents are encouraged to have a plan in place for someone to pick up your child in an emergency situation such as inclement weather or highway congestion. If at all possible, it is expected that parents will activate their emergency plan when necessary.
Payments must be made the Thursday prior to the week of attendance. If your child attends the Occasional Session, payment is due the day before they attend. If you unexpectedly utilize the program at the last minute, payment will be due at the time of drop off or pick up. All payments must be made by check or money order; we are not able to accept payments in cash.
All forms and payments must be turned in prior to the first day of attendance in Kidz Klub. Please see below for a list of forms and payments required for registration.

Registration Forms and Payments Include:
1. The “Registration and Medical Release Form” must be filled out completely, signed, and dated.
2. The “Session Enrollment Form” must be marked appropriately, signed, and dated.
3. The “Discipline Plan” must be signed and dated.
4. The “Photo Release Form” must be signed and dated.
5. A $25.00 non-refundable registration fee must be paid per child.
6. Payment for the first week of attendance is due at the time of registration.
7. A current copy of your child’s medical form must be on file with MCS.
